Veterans Day Celebration

General Richard B. Myers Veterans Biomedical Technology Program students and faculty celebrated Veterans Day with good food, music, and fellowship. It was a great afternoon honoring all who have served.

The General Richard B. Myers Veterans Biomedical Technology Program has exceptional job placement success – graduates are working in well-paying healthcare positions throughout the country.

First AAS Graduation

“Since we launched the veterans program, Medisend has been offering veterans a rapid pathway to jobs with some of America’s most respected healthcare organizations. Our new Associate Degree Program will create even greater opportunities for career advancement,” says General Richard B. Myers, USAF (ret.), former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

“Medisend College is dedicated to providing high-quality, intensive education and training to prepare graduates for jobs as professional biomedical technicians. We are proud to have the new designation and authorization to award an Associate Degree,” says Medisend College President Nick Hallack.

Medisend Gets Spooky

Taking a break from electronics and biomedical engineering lessons, students pause to celebrate the joy and fun of Halloween with costumes and candy.

Yaha (second right) and Adeeb (bottom), international students are intrigued by the celebration and join domestic students in on the fun. “I had a lot of fun and was fascinated by the holiday because we do not celebrate this in Saudi-Arabia, so it was interesting to witness. Thank you for letting me be part of the holiday!” says Yahya.
