Introduction to biomedical instrumentation as related to anatomy and physiology of the human body. It includes medical devices used for monitoring, diagnosis, and treatment of the human body systems.

This course emphasizes the theory of circuit analysis, troubleshooting and the operation of graphics-display recording devices, defibrillators and multi-purpose diagnostic equipment.

This course is a study in radiation theory and safety hazards, fundamental circuits, and application of X-ray systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
