Mary Staley-Sirois is Named Vice President of Global Program Development For Dallas-based MediSend International

Dallas-based non-profit humanitarian organization MediSend International has named Mary Staley-Sirois to the position of Vice President of Global Program Development. Ms. Staley-Sirois will be responsible for the growth of worldwide healthcare initiatives, the expansion of MediSend’s Biomedical Repair Training Programs™ and the launch of MediSend’s new Healthcare Technologies School™ for hospital systems in developing countries.

Ms.Staley-Sirois brings nearly twenty years of healthcare operational and strategic planning experience across a wide spectrum of provider environments. She has worked with large and small healthcare systems on the planning necessary for clinical transformation and quality improvement, organizational governance and change management, medical and clinical staff collaboration on best practice and evidence-based processes, regulatory compliance readiness and issue resolution, organizational budget development and detailed project planning.

Before joining MediSend in 2008, Ms. Staley-Sirois was with Baylor Health Care System as the Vice President of Clinical Transformation, responsible for leading their clinical transformation efforts across 12 hospitals and 450 physician practices. Prior to her position at Baylor Health Care System, she served as Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of HIPAA and Compliance Services at HealthLink.

Ms. Staley-Sirois is well-published on HIPAA compliance and is an accomplished public speaker on the subjects of healthcare operations, improvement and regulatory compliance.

At MediSend International, Ms. Staley-Sirois will work closely with developing country hospital systems, governments, and international organizations as well as MediSend’s partners to align, advance and develop relief, educational and technology programs. Focusing on defining relationships and expected program outcomes, she will play a significant role in furthering the MediSend mission of improving healthcare in developing countries worldwide.
