Privately-funded scholarships will enable veterans to be professionally trained and ready for employment as biomedical equipment technicians in less than six months.
Dallas-based MediSend International is offering the opportunity for returning US veterans to train in the new General Richard B. Myers Veterans Biomedical Equipment Technology Program™. Training and expenses required to become certified in the program will be fully covered by private funding. Veterans will leave the program employment-ready in the rapidly growing field of biomedical technology.
Biomedical technology training at MediSend has been tested and successfully applied internationally for seven years. Now, through the General Myers Veterans Program, the elite training will be available to qualified veterans at MediSend’s campus in North Dallas.
For qualifications and application information, interested veterans can go to www.veteransbiomedicaltraining.org. For information on how you can support the program, call Nick Hallack at 214.575.5006, extension 112.
